Michael Paduano is a multi-talented renaissance man for the 21st Century. After spending his youth training as an athlete, with an emphasis on gymnastics, running, triathlons and various sports, He is a two-time “Mr. Fitness NPC Emerald Cup” champion and international sport aerobic gold medalist.

Michael branched out in his twenties as an actor, stand-up comedian, writer and director. He is the producer, director and star of his own DVDs about yoga, and has similarly brought the concept to youngsters. His “Zoo Yoga” concept marries the love of wild animals to physical fitness and is a big hit with children.

Beyond his chores with his own productions, Paduano is a seasoned team-player behind the camera. In recent years, he has been working with casting and direction of films being shot in his new home town of Palm Springs, CA.
